I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) who works with teens and adults ages 13+ navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. My background includes community mental health, crisis intervention, and intensive outpatient care.

My therapy style is warm, honest, and direct. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation: supportive, human, sometimes challenging, and sometimes funny because honestly, life can be a little ridiculous. I’m here to help you process the hard stuff without making therapy feel cold, awkward, or overly clinical.

My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without feeling judged or talked down
